Ghetto Hippie follows up his debut release, "Incense, Flourescent Lights & Testimonies," with the sophomore effort, "Mood Ring" on World Movement Records/BMG. Tapping into the aura of an era past, while converging with the present, "Mood Ring" rocks, sways, seduces and titillates with a refreshing groove unique in a music scene rooted in gangsta grit. Like the haunting hues of a mood ring, Ghetto Hippie keeps the vibe on the down low and very mellow.

Originally from Sisey Island, a little town in Louisiana, Ghetto Hippie is an interesting byproduct of Los Angeles, his current home. The son of an army sergeant, he has lived around the world. The exposure to all things different has flavored his art form. Never one to conform to the norm, his outrageous dress and style earned him his name early on in his teenage years.
